  5. All graduated students who have completed their final clearance process at various units, Department and Faculties, are to follow the steps below for the collection of statement of results;

    1. Log into your KOFA Page.
    2. Click “Upload Final Clearance Routing Slip” on your Base Data Page.
    3. Upload scanned Original Copies of
    -- Screening Certificate
    -- 2 Transcript Receipts
    -- Student Affairs Clearance
    -- Bursary Clearance
    -- Eligibility Form
    -- Transfer Letter, if any
    -- Temporary Withdrawal Letter, if any and
    -- Gown Receipt
    NB: The documents should be uploaded as a single PDF file with their Matriculation Number hyphen Surname as the file name (e.g. MatNo-Surname). no space in between.
    4. Print out a slip as proof that they have successfully uploaded their documents and await notification from the Exams and Records Division for clearance and collection of their Statement of results.

    5. UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PAGE ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR PERMANENT ADDRESS AND NEXT OF KIN INFO

  8. GRADUATED STUDENTS WISHING TO APPLY FOR NYSC PRE-MOBILIZATION SHOULD PRESENT THEMSELVES AT THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE AFTER THEY FILL OUT THE NYSC REQUEST FORM ON THEIR KOFA PAGE.
    1. Ensure that you have paid charges up to your graduating session, have graduated and Senate has already approved your result.
    2. Provide the information requested which include date of senate, your senate category and your serial number on student affairs register, etc.
    All other information that used to be requested from the google form will be downloaded from the portal and so do not need to be filled.

    Graduates should come to Student Affairs with the following:
    1. Photocopy of statement of results
    2. Jamb admission letter
    3. Photocopy of student ID card
    4. Photocopy of Clearance certificate

  13. UNIBEN HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION 2024/2025 GUIDELINES

    Students interested in Hostel Accommodation on Campus should take note of and follow these guidelines

    ** Accommodation Booking Charge Payment is Now Enabled for all students who have paid their school charges.
    ** Accommodation Booking Date will be announced Later.

    *** Note that All Returning Students that have not yet paid charges and registered their courses Online for 2023/2024 cannot proceed to pay charges for 2024/2025 and therefore cannot pay for accommodation booking code.

    **It is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that you actually need the accommodation on campus and intend to stay there. You’re not allowed to book and then transfer to another student as this is an OFFENSE!
    ** Log into your student online record.
    ** Under Accommodation, Select Particular Hall of Interest.
    ** You can also choose "No Favoured Hostel"
    ** Under Payments, Create Bed Allocation ticket. Make payment using any valid ATM card, from you Student Profile. Do NOT make payment directly on the Remita website since it has no way of linking back directly to your profile
    ** After booking date is announced, use the Activation code on your Bed Allocation payment to acquire a bed space
    ** Immediately proceed to pay the relevant Hostel Maintenance fee assigned to your allocated space, upon successful booking.
    ** Print out relevant Slips to use for clearance into the Halls of Residence.
